After you’ve viewed your property of choice and reviewed our screening criteria, please follow the steps below to apply.
Contact us with any questions you have about the property or our screening criteria before you submit your application. Once we start processing your application, the screening charge is not refundable.
You will hear from our office or TrueSource Screening if any necessary information or documentation is missing from your application.
Your application will not be considered complete until you and any co-applicants (anyone else who will be living with you over the age of 18) have all submitted complete applications, and you or your designee have viewed the property in person.
When completing our online application, you will be able to upload a photo of your ID and any proof of income documents you have in electronic format. You can also email these documents to [email protected]
