Tara is a licensed property manager in the State of Oregon specializing in single family homes and multiplexes. Before starting her property management education, Tara earned a BA in Rhetoric and Media from Willamette University and a Masters in Public Administration from Portland State University. This unique background has served her well when marketing properties and dealing with the bureaucratic elements of property management. She also has a wide breadth of knowledge about residential renovations, including historic homes.
Interesting animal fact: When camping at Yosemite one spring, Tara woke up in her tent to discover a raccoon curled up next to her head.

We say “retired” because we quickly lured him out of retirement to work with us! Interesting Animal Fact: Jim used to have a cat that would ride around on his shoulder like a parrot. He was quite a popular cat.
